I love the fact that everyone is here for you even when you're not feeling particularly motivated, the presence on here just gives you the boost that you need.

Great to see you again on here, Sorry you're still feeling so rough though.
All the water should help to flush out those pesky germs-but you must
keep an eye on yourself that you're having enough, as admin always recommends, that
our bodies need extra when fighting off an illness.

I'm re-starting again too after having a break of 10 days due to illness, gained
3lbs so not too horrendous.

There is so much going round so you must get back on your feet first. I am sure the vitamins will help, they certainly cant do any harm.

Hi all!

i am still poorly after 2 weeks!!! at the moment i cant really eat as have sinusitis which is hurting my teeth!!! so have decided just to jump back on the wagon and have my shakes and soups, maybe with all the vitamins and stuff will help!
