Re: Excercise advice needed
You can do 12 weeks on total meal replacement, then you need at least a weeks break so for example do Kee Lite or EQ1 and you can go back to total replacement until you shift the weight you want, might be worth checking the booklet though x

Re: Excercise advice needed
I tried exercising today and I did feel a bit faint. Think I will wait awhile before I try again!

Re: Excercise advice needed
I hear that you dont have much energy in the gym when on vlcd due to a lack of Glycogen and can feel faint but hey thats my 2 pence worth and if you was at the gym yesterday and you was ok its probably just a silly story.

Re: Excercise advice needed
I have to say that I really enjoy exercising now as I am able to do more now I have lost weight.... just be very careful in the few weeks as you don't want to have a funny turn in the gym. I still get rather paranoid about this but seemed to overcome it yesterday... x x

Re: Excercise advice needed
Hi hun, I tried adding exercise but it wasnt part of my normal routine and I found running about after 2 kids and working was enough to wipe me out! I lost 50lbs in 12 weeks without exercising and i'm now on EQ1 for the last 20lbs and now I am consuming more energy i'm going to start some gentle exercise on the wii or my bike
Good luck with everything and welcome!

I have started back exercising and I am on Week 6... but you really don't need to exercise at all as my old CD counsellor never did and lost 6 stone!!

Thanks Sarah for your advice. I am finding it hard not to exercise as I normally exercise twice a day on my treadmill. I never thought I would feel this way about exercise!
