Thanks Beth for your support. I didn't read your post till quite late last night. I managed to stay on the straight and narrow last night but I did have my 6 nuts that are allowed and it did seem to help. I felt alot better when I woke up this morning. I will have to see how I feel as the day goes on. Wink

Hi MJ,

You only have the four pounds to go, stick with it and in another week you'll have reached your target. And then treat yourself!!!
I've just returned from a friends barbeque. Not fun drinking water whilst everyone else enjoys the food and free bar, as you'll be well aware. You've come so far on this diet, and are proof for people just starting like myself (2nd week) that it really does work!

Keep going.........you have such a short time to go untill you reach your goal.

I am really really struggling today I am really really craving things and I don't know why. I am thinking of cheating but I don't want to as I only have 4lbs to my goal. I think it might be because I am so close, Julie where are you! Helppppppppppp
