Eggs - advice please Empty Egg ??

Hi All, Making the HP Desserts / Shakes into a Pudding is a choice as they are a versatile 3 in 1 product, however on our lower plans would include occasionally or just as a special treat as you will be adding further calories to your programme and therefore if using every day will be possibly adding a further 700kcal to your weekly consumption, which can equate to approx 1/2lb on the scales.

Maybe once you are maintaining you could reintroduce as you healthy dessert or snack as so filling and nutritious they are much better than a high calorie, cake or dessert.

This is the same for adding an egg, a choice but would suggest right at the begining of your plan and for at least first month.

yeah. you can use it anyway you like.

I like to poach mine and have it on my veg allowence/ salad, or to make an omlette with grated corgette to pad it out. it's also nice scrambelled using some of the milk allowence

Hi, I know you can use a raw egg to make a packet into a pudding but I'm not really interested in that - can I just have a boiled egg instead? Thanks for any responses in advance x
