Italian hen invite!!!!!!!! aghhh

Thanks for the great advice I am going to google their menu now!!!! so difficult when have to break routine!!!

Defo no pasta, packed full of carbs, its what the athletes stock up on before a marathon to give them loads of instant energy. Thats the instant energy we get rid of in the first 4 days of dieting. Ouch.

Follow the KeeLite or Social Plan for the day using 3 Kee Products before you go, then not hungry when you sit down, and just eating to be social, when they ask what you want for starters, just say your saving yourself for Main Course & drink water and enjoy the company. Then for main course choose a salad dish with any sauce on the side, please! Maybe with a grilled fish, or baked chicken or meat if available, okay with herbs and spices, but watch the oils and butter basting. Generally fish is a great course and Italians restaurants have lots to choose from. Try to stay away from the tomato sauce dishes as well due to citric acid.

If you plan what your gonna do before you arrive, even try to get hold of the menu so you can choose your meal, then no wavering, dont even look at the menu and you can tell them exactly what you want, less mind wandering and chance of falling off the wagon.

I have been invited to a hen night at an italian restaurant really want to go as would seem very rude if I don't !! Sparkling water a and a tomato based pasta???? I normally have carbanara every time!!!!!
