Thanks for the encouraging comments folks , It's alway's a great help . Hope your all ok ..... Sarah in answer to your question about have i still got much to lose , yes probably about another 30lbs + ..... Sad so quite a bit to the end of the road yet ) just trying not to think that far ahead !

Hiya Everyone
Just logging my progress for this week ...... 2 lbs off making a total of 30 lbs now in 9 weeks Very Happy
well done to the rest of the shrinkers who have had a loss this week and good luck to the kee bees who have got back on the programme this week ....... Have a great bank holiday folks !!!!!!!
