Welcome to the forum, and good luck with your weight loss journey. You will lose, because the diet is just so easy to do, and you are guaranteed to lose each week on it. I've never lost so much weight so consistently, and that keeps me on the straight and narrow. So long as life doesn't get in the way too much, and you can plan ahead, you'll be fine.

Great that you have your best friend to be doing the plan with. It really does help if you can have someone in 'real life' to discuss how you're doing. I think that's why the forum here is so nice for the rest of us, because we're often doing it quietly, or like me, on the sly with none of my friends aware of it, bar one who's doing Cambridge, but she lives on the other side of the country, so we can't keep tabs all the time. The forum gives us all a place to share the good, the bad, and the downright ugly (especially when we've fallen off the wagon)!

Good luck, and here's to a slimmer you. You could have that 2 stone off in 8 weeks y'know. I look forward to hearing your progress.

Hello All, just heard about this diet from my bestie Trazzer !!! I've ordered 2 weeks supply (of whatever Trazzer is on) and am eagerly awaiting delivery.
I've got my son's wedding in December and need to lose at least 2 stone. They're getting married on a cruise and I don't want to be a big fat Sweaty Betty in that carribbean heat. LOL
I've enjoyed reading all your posts about the success you are all having, so I hope I can join in your success very sooooooon.
