Hi, no one can promise you but I will tell you my story very briefly.

Started the diet in March last year - with a target of the 10th of August for my big day (my wedding!). I wanted to lose about 8st, but knew that wasn't going to happen. However I did lose 6 stone by the end of July. So from that I'd say you may be able to get really close. I don't know however if women lose as fast as us blokes, something I read says you may not.

Simple fact is in my opinion you don't stand a chance of doing it on any other diet so the quicker you start the better.

Hiya everyone. I am just about to order some products but I think I need some words of encouragement. I am 14 1/2 stone- the heaviest I have ever been. I have put 4 1/2 stone on over the last four years and have until mid july to lose it for a very important event! The short of it is- is it possible to lose 41/2 to 5 stone from now until mid july or am I being ridiculous? If I don't do it not only am I gunna be totally gutted myself and carry on being down and depressed but I will also spoil a very special day for someone else!
