Hi Trazzer,

brilliant result, that's such a fab loss in a short space of time.

Shift work can play silly games with your body, so allow yourself a bit of time for it to adjust. Good advice from Admin about how to tackle your food.

Are you going to be on permanent nights, or will the pattern change again?

Have a good week 7!

Great results, well done,

Shift work is a difficult one, you find that you need to include an extra product, or split your salad/veggies from your meal. Or even start including them.

If using an extra product, select any from our HP range, they will fill you up with 18g of protein, less on the carbs to keep you in ketosis and they are lower in calories.

Make a plan for your shift days and stick to it, it will then very soon become habit and you will continue to lose.
All the best

Feeling a bit worried at the moment because I've had to go back on nights at work , so hope it doesn't upset my eating routine !!!!!
