My Kee Journey Empty Progress!

Post by Maliumpkin Tue Jul 26, 2011 4:44 am

Haven't updated my journey for a while. Happy to say I broke the 100lbs lost mark last week, and now have lost 106lbs in about 18 weeks!

Really happy, and people have started to notice the difference now.

Hope everyone is having a good Monday! x

Ok, so week seven and another weigh-in. Another 10lbs off!! Great stuff!

Also hit two mini goals. Firstly, I got down into the next stone bracket, and second I now have less than 200 lbs to lose. Seems a lot less when there is a 1 in the front of it!

Hope everyone is having a fantastic week! x

I weighed this morning and have lost a further 8lbs! Go me!

Hit a few mini goals this week. Managed to get the passenger seatbelt done up without any fuss and/or huffing and puffing. Also hit my first weight target, which was to be the same weight that I was when I started LL in 2007. Well, second target as I desperately wanted to be below 400lbs as quickly as possible.

Feeling pretty good about things, but I am very tired tonight. Need a good night's sleep to prepare for the epic 10 hour work day I have tomorrow.

Hope everyone is having a good week! x

My Kee Journey Empty Re: My Kee Journey

Post by Maliumpkin Thu Apr 14, 2011 10:44 pm

I guess I am purposely trying to hide it, wearing baggy clothes and such. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago and I didn't like the attention, and what it did to me. Well, I did like the attention, and I let it go to me head big time! Made me a little crazy!! Anyways, ended up putting it all back on plus some!

Another reason is that 50lbs is a massive amount, but when you weigh 430lbs to start, I suppose it's not that much of a difference. Although I have been getting a lot of compliments about my hair, skin and nails. Must be the vitamins and water!

I just bought my second month of products. Very excited as I have selected new stuff. The variety is certainly helping me keep to the straight and narrow. Bit sad that the spagetti wasn't in stock, but bought extras of other things to make up for it. I also love the Nutrisaveur meals. I have one a week as I cannot afford to have more, but they are a great addition and I hope you will continue to stock them. Are you thinking about adding anything else from the Nutrisaveur range??

On the flip side, I am not keen on the soups. Not sure why. But I have found that the roast onion and leek make excellent crisps/popadoms. Very tasty!

I am currently eating my breakfast of apple and cinnimon porridge. Got to go to work later. Boo! xxx

My Kee Journey Empty My First Month on Kee

Post by Maliumpkin Tue Apr 12, 2011 12:32 am

Hey hey.

I have been doing this fabulous diet for about a month now and have lost 50lbs. Epic I know, but I do have a lot to lose and a long way to go, but I think it's a great start.

I don't weigh very often, about once every two weeks, because I don't own a scales and my shifts at work don't always allow me to weigh at the optimal time. i.e. first thing in the morning in Boots!!

So far, no one has noticed my weight loss, which is fine because I am trying to keep it a secret from everybody except those closest to me (husband, Mum and Dad). I want to keep in quiet for as long as possible so it can have the most dramatic effect!

I have gone down from a size 34-36 to about a size 30 now. Just.

Just thought I would share! xxx
