I have had my weigh in this morning and I am at 19lbs - 5 week point so really pleased, a 1/3 through my journey now so gives me more of a boost. Noticed the BMI is dropping too so pleased with that.

Glad you enjoyed yor shake. I must admit I do find the food really tasty. Some items did need a couple of attempts but I do love it. Tomorrow will be my 5th weigh in so I am quite new to this but have done a similar diet in the past. I lost 9 1/4 in my first week and it has been around 2lb per week each week after. Which is nice for a steady weight loss but on the last diet I did lose 3lbs a week. everyone is different. The thing i find though with this diet is your shape actually changes and I have seen this with myself, my sister and my mum (who are all different shapes) but you do seem to lose it evenly.

Try the spaghetti bolognaise that is gorgeous.

Good Luck on your new journey.

Try as many products within the range you are doing to give you a variation. Drink lots, use the flavouring for a different taste. Speak to everyone on here and Admin to keep you motivated. Stick to it as it works.
