Jt's journey Empty I Started this week to

Post by Guest Fri Apr 23, 2010 5:31 am

Hi JT, I also have rejoined after losing 4.5 stone on the Cambridge, Back with a vengance and on my second day. Not too bad at the moment but I know the pattern, have tried many times to go all meal packs before and seem to fall into the same pattern

THis time so determined, as mentioned below, sun is shining and my holiday is looming.

Good luck, lets give it 110% effort and see how we go.

Hi turner and sharron,

will be joining you in two weeks time-waiting for some tests that may be influenced by fmrp, so hanging on in limbo before getting stuck in.
Hopefully I can catch you up, warmer weather will make the water drinking easier-i hope!!!!! Shocked

Jt's journey Blk-weight

Well, here I am starting yet again. Two year's ago I lost 8 stones - I was so proud and happy, but stuff happened and I lost my Mum having nursed her for a year and 6 stones back on! So starting again and would like to lose 6 and a half stones. Hoping that the forum can provide support as I know that it's going to be tough doing this again.
