COKE ZERO HELP! Empty Coke Zero

Post by Admin Tue Nov 16, 2010 4:51 am

Although Coke Zero is not on the permitted list it can be consumed in moderation. No more than one can per day, although we would suggest it is reserved for those times you need something.

All carbonated fizzy pop drinks can encourage hunger and therefore not on the permitted list. Ensure you continue to drink your water as Coke Zero does not work towards your liquid allowance.

Also Dr Pepper Zero is okay as also no citric acid.

Remember use as a treat and only if you have been "Good".

Recommend that your Ketosis is established prior to including.

Enjoy x

Hi there

Coke zero is fine to have but I advise that you drink it in moderation - I generally have one glass a day, in place of a glass of wine. It has been my saviour.

I suggest that you leave it until you are in Ketosis though.

Oh I didn't know it didn't have citric acid in, I'd be interested to know if this is ok too as I use to guzzle pepsi max all day!
