Good luck

Hi

Thanks for your encouragement, that sounds a great idea will try that when my sample packs get delivered.
Well done on your weight loss so far-its really motivating to read everyone else's post and see the amazing results.

Hi Vashti

Thanks for your message, I remember you too, good to see you're still hanging in there despite everything. Well I was wrong about it being easy so far! Why on earth did I pick the week when my TOTM is due to start.. had a mini melt down earlier and soo wanted to make some peanut butter on toast, but reached for the sticky toffee bar instead which actually managed to satisfy me... Just got to get through today and keep busy.

Welcome back lulu,

I remember you, I'm still here, been on and off, trying to keep fairly stable, and desperately trying to restart now schools go back on Thursday-yippeeeeeee! Laughing

Already postponed hernia op til hopefully April, but have to get back onto it now Shocked

Glad you're keeping with it so far, I will stick to it in the morning, just get my 3 days in before the w/end, and TOTM next week Shocked

Keep us posted! Very Happy

Hi All

Well it's been over a year since I last was on the kee plan and I lost nearly 2 stone that time, still got 3 stone to lose so here I am again.
Not sure how long i'll stick it but want to give it my best shot. I need lots of support to get the final post baby weight off!! (and my baby's nearly 2 yrs old)

I'm on day 2 so far and finding it much easier than I remembered, no headaches or feeling shakey, which is good cause i know its on these days i'm most tempted to pick at something.
I desperately would love to get into a size 10 pair of jeans, I can't remember ever being a size 10, except when i was 12! I'm currently a size 16 trying to squeeze into a 14- I weigh 14 stone 6lbs on my weigh in day yesterday- being 5'10 my healthy weight should be 11stone but my target is 11 and half, again i can't ever remember being that weight. So here goes..

I've just ordered some sample packets of the cottage pie and looking forward to testing those out. How has everyone else found them?

Looking forward to being part of the community again.

Lu xx
