thanks for your replies, i'm starting my 4th day and feel pretty good this morning despite my 9 week old depriving me of most of my nights sleep. Yesterday was tough though forgotten how hungry you feel on the first few days-didn't help that my husband was making yummy spag bol-i had to stay out of the kitchen so that i wasn't tempted to wolf down the whole lot.

i did take a sneek peek on the scales this morn and so far 5 1/2 pounds lost in 3 days!! so chuffed but will try and stay off now untill saturday which is my weigh day.

Hope you all have a good day

Welcome back and congratulations, a little baby weight is worth two bundles of fun and how great will it be to be a Snazzy, Fit and Slim mum of two.
Keep checking in for the Daily Lent Quote and hopefully we can inspire you off to a good start..

Hi,

Congratulations on your little arrivals. Just popping in to wish you all the best. How did you do last time and how long did you do it for?

I hope you can share some of your wisdom and experience from last time.

Good Luck.

Hi All

Just ordered my first weeks supply and can#'t wait to get started. Has been 3 years since i last did this and 2 kids later i have a ton of baby weight to lose.Loving the look of some of the new meals and smoothie flavors.
Have been really motivated by everyones 1st week weight loss and hope i can achieve the same. 10lbs would be great. Hope they come tomorrow, now i've bitten the bullet and ordered i just want to get going.
