Hi all,
Started on this diet nearly two weeks ago. 11lb gone in first week, weigh day on Monday. Did Lighterlife 3or 4 years ago. Lost the weight but put back so decided to try again. Know why i put it back on so this time i know what i should do to keep it off. Have got another 80lbs to lose so really gonna try and stay positive and think about the end result.
So far no probs, sticking to milkshakes and a bar a day as didn,t like the porridge or soups.
