Hi!

I did LL and lost lots and then faltered with the maintainance phase and now need to shift the extra 2 stone that has crept back on!!!!

I did the kee diet and lost the plot in the last month or so.... family and stress!and ate the kind of foods that I know I shouldn't BUT this time it is time for change and to do this properly!

How is everyone else doing?

Hi Lucylu I am sure you will get lots of support from the people on the forum. You say you are back on the kee diet so that means you have done this before and you must know how this works. How much did you lose before? Was it the Kee diet or another like it. I think the hard part is maintaining the weight, don't you? Keep us informed how you get on. Smile

I have managed to put some extra pounds and really need to do this!!! Sad
