Re: Milk VS Water
Thanks for all your best wished and advice.
I felt really ill last night and had decided to come of the diet but when I weighed myself this morning I have lost 4 3/4lbs in 3 days. So I am going to continue and see how I get on. The only other problem is that I have a slight intolarance to milk and things with Lactose in. I am finding I am getting diarrhoea ( sorry to much information ) I do have soya milk instead of milk but it is the lactose in the products that is causing the problem.

Milk VS Water
Can anyone tell me why milk is allowed on the Kee diet but it is not allowed with the LL diet?
