Confirmation about milk please? Empty Well Done *********

Post by Guest Thu Jun 18, 2009 6:48 pm

Hi IWontGiveUp

Firstly well done for getting through the first three days, sometimes the hardest. If or when tempted to nibble off plan, remind yourself of your personal target, how well you have done to achieved your place on route and how pleased you are with yourself. Always take at least 10 seconds of pure thought of the pro's & con's of eating something, finishing on the positives, whilst thinking try walking away even look in a mirror. Sounds mad but we sometimes need to talk sense to ourselves an not act from habit or allow our sub concious to take over.

Re Q : Whilst Im here, can you tell me the difference in weight loss between FMRP and etiquette 1?

The difference in weight loss should be minimal, the real difference is the eating a meal and how it affects your mind and will-power, you must be able to control your meal and follow the rules, it must not allow you to wander throughout the day.

Some clients prefer the 600kcal Etiq 1 with x3 WC products and a 200kcal meal with a little skimmed milk for tea & coffee which allows them the flexibility to join in life, at 600kcal you are approximately the same calories as the LL plan as products are around 135kcal each and bars a little more this is the same as using 4 of the ProtiKee Total products.

Hope this has helped, you may wish to use the FMRP for 1 month for control, habit breaking and getting you off to a good start, after one month if you wish can move up to Etiq 1

Hope helped

Some clients prefer to use a FMRP with no added food, some just a small green salad or those who do not actively want to eat but want the add vegetables cook and blend to add to their soup.

Confirmation about milk please? Empty Re Milk

Post by Admin Thu Jun 18, 2009 6:13 am

Hi, the milk advised is optional although recommended for the extra calcium provided. 200ml of skimmed or soya milk should not affect a ketosis level. Ketosis in every person is different if worried you may prefer to establish your ketosis level for a week or two & could then introduce the skimmed or soya milk.

All ProtiKee products are a high calcium provider, but if you watched the TV programme recommended it actually backs that a higher dairy diet can help with fat loss as well.

A nice cup of tea and a fat loss - cant be bad.

All the best keep in touch

I am on total meal replacement plan.

Do I need the 200ml SS Milk?

If I use it will it definitely not kick me out of ketosis (when it happens!)

Thanks
Rebecca
