This was the problem i was having, Im not entirly sure because I thought you could have a cup of salad a day, and then 4 products and nuts 3 times a week?

I'm back after a fun weekend in London!
I can only presume it means if you eat even a nibble of a vegetable that's not on their list of permitted veg. I assume that anyway.

I really don't know how long you should stay on, I think the best way is to set yourself a realistic target, like a week maybe, and then decide from there. That's whay I did anyway, and 8 weeks on I'm still (rpetty much) going strong!

Im still very confused! Please help.

The Kee Guidance section says the the VLCD includes salad etc but how can you do that if under the Ketosis Explained section is says "If you eat even a nibble of vegetable..." you will knock yourself out of ketosis?

So, if I follow the 4 packs (one being a snack bar) + salad per day plan, will I achieve Ketosis and how long approx should it take? Once i have achieved this, how long until I can add lean meat to the plan or should I stay on the current plan for the full 3 months I am aiming for and then move onto a different programme?

Sorry for asking again but I feel the website gives conflicting facts and the advice here has been consistant and plainly explained. confused
