It depends, I ordered mine Thursday AM and they came on Friday AM, they use Royal Mail and Fed Ex depending on the size of the order. I ordered 5 weeks worth so it was delivered by Fed Ex Smile

If you order before 11am they will be dispatched same day, so yours should come tomorrow now as they should be dispatched today.

Hello Linzy,

It can be a tad confusing....

I emailed the Kee guys about this and they told me that you can do FMRP with 4 packs a day (any combination of WC & Total, if you choose WC you will need a vitamin supplement, Total includes all your vitamins) which is around 600-700 cals a day.

Or you can do what I am following Kee Lite, I have 3 packs a day (any combination of WC & Total) plus a 200 cal meal, see permitted food list, I tend to have 120g of chicken/turkey and 50g of green veg i.e. courgettes/french beans.

I forgot to say you are allowed 200ml of milk a day also 3 lots of healthy fat in a week, i.e. nuts/oil, refer to plan guidance. I dont bother as I would be tempted to eat the whole lot!!

Hope this helps.
