Welcome aboard!
Glad you're starting to feel better now. We all go into ketosis in different ways.
Stick with things, and you will be stunned by the fast results. I found the 1st 2 weeks the hardest to stick to things, as I still felt some of my cravings, but after that, everything settled down, and I wasn't really bothered about food anymore.
Most people doing the plan lose at least a stone in the first month, so just hold that thought as motivation too.

New Starter 5th day today.
Hello Kee dieters
I am glad there is a forum for advice and support. I decided to start on this diet due to a friend of mine suggesting a low carb diet, she had lost weight for her 40th on LL but was not able to maintain the sessions, however she promted me to have a look at other low calories diet online. Had a look at some of the reviews and decided to start.
I yoyo with my weight and am currently at my heaviest ever, 5'3 and just over 17st, I look square!!
I thinkbecause I knew I was starting the diet, I feasted the day before, bad idea!!
My first day was ok, by day 2 the headaches and nausea started and was sick but that releived the headache, day 3 started the same nauseous and headachy, however after being sick in the morning, I was fine all day and day 4 has been just fine and today is going well so far, I knew from warnings that there would be side effects while the body adjusts to ketosis. I am glad it has passed.
I am at day 5 and already lost 4lbs!! YAY! its looking good so far and reading some of the other posts is really encouraging. I've ordered more variety of things so wont get bored.
There has been many a temptation but my motivation comes by just grabbing the more than handful of fat hanging aroung my waist and thighs!!
I'll keep posting my progress too, have a good day.
