Great result for all your efforts, put the same amount of effort in and week two should bring around another 5lb weight reduction, that could be your first stone gone in two weeks and even an start on your second.

Hiya from a Kee newbie x Empty 1st week success

Well, I've made it to the end of week one and apart from the dreaded headache in the first two days, its been relatively painless, not even been hungry and I've lost an AMAZING 11lbs which I am ecstatic about. I can even get into some trousers comfortably which were way too tight before.

Come on week two, I'm coming to get you!!!

Hiya,

Well its day 4 and the dreaded headache has been and gone thank goodness! Surprisingly I have not been tempted to stray yet and have not been hungry.

I have resisted weighing myself too but not sure this will last until Saturday.

I still cant get my ticker to work, when I copy and paste it to my signature it is still shown as HTML format, aarrgghh!!

Off for my mushroom soup now

Notice from your blog you will need more than 4 pints of water especially in the first few days, 4 pints being the minimum, try making up to about 3L asap thats about 6pints I think. Sip throughout the day and you tend to feel much better. You can also use a headache remedy as well, preferably not the sugar coated ones.

Good for you, your body will try everything with really random thoughts to get you to eat, even convince you to move up a step and have a controlled meal, stick fast to your decision for TFR and see the week out and then move on from their. Day 3 wake up just as determined, generally the hardest of all days, when you body is totally out of glycogen and you feel tired, hungry and fed up cos you cant eat. This is short lived and generally after day 3 it really starts to get better.

Go for the weekly weight, such a buzz and wait for the amazing figure that presents you. Weighing half way through a week can be both good and bad so dont let anything get it your way.

Re the ticker, look at the homepage and follow the instructions, remember to update your signature on your forum account to show, many forget to do this.

Hi all,
Day 2 on the Kee diet, woke up with a headache at 5am this morning even though I drank 4 pints of water yesterday, think my body must be craving rubbish, well guess what body, tough luck!! I'm going to try and not weigh myself for a week but cant promise!

I have written a list of everything I have to look forward to when I start to lose weight, such as shopping in 'normal' clothes shops and driving round in my car with the roof down looking hot.

By the way, how do you put those tracker rulers on your profile, I'm a bit of a technophobe?
