Hi Sophie
Thanks for your message and you're right, sneakily weighed myself the other day and I'd only lost one pound since my weigh in and weighed myself today and it's gone back on again! Was starting to wonder what I was doing wrong but then realised that it's perfectly normal in week two as your body thinks it's being starved and hangs onto everything until it realises it's safe! It is getting easier as it's becoming a habit but there are challenges, it's my daughter's birthday party today so will need to avoid the cake at all costs!!
Still focused even though no weight loss this week and hopeful it will start coming off again soon

Well done you - and 10lbs is brilliant - no matter that you won't do that every week, the first week is absolutely the hardest, and I figure we all deserve a nice big weight loss after struggling through the first few difficult days!!! I find the second week is much much easier in terms of sticking to the plan - but I do have to prepare myself for a fairly minimal weight loss at the end of it, don't know if it's fluid balancing out or what, but regardless of what diet I've done in the past - the second week I've been lucky to lose half a pound. The Kee diet has been much much better - I managed two whole pounds in the second week - which may seem very small to a lot of people, but it's quadruple what I was expecting! After week three, the weight loss was much more steady and encouraging - so just keep going! No matter how much or how little you shed in the second week - just think how close you'll be to having lost that first stone in weight! WOW!!!

Have just realised it's not called Etiquette 1 anymore, Kee Lite I think it is now, didn't want to mislead anyone with the weight loss!

Hi
Well what a shocker, one week done and 10lbs lighter! I'm doing Etiquette one so have the 200cal meal in the evening, really hard not to eat something as I have to cook for my husband and daughter so this fits in really well with my lifestyle.
Very surprised at the weight loss, far more than I expected although I am aware that this can only be expected in the first week and won't continue but either way, a very positive start and just what I needed to keep me motivated!!!
