Kee Diet strongly recommend a vitamin supplement is taken on all programmes when losing weight especially those 1000 kcal per day or less. It is extremely difficult to predict which vitamins or minerals you body requires when dieting without regular blood tests etc. 100% RDA is also the minimum requirement recommended and not the maximum so whether you are using all WC, a mixture or all Total we recommend that you also use a good time release supplement.

Hope this has helped clarify the VLCD & LCD Kee Programme. Look at the Daily Requirement for each plan and use daily - The optional extras are there to make the programmes easier to handle and are your choice.

take one if you mix WC & Total or use just the WC packs.

You will be fine, the products take a bit of getting used to, I prefer the WC packs to be honest. I love the WC Hot Chocolate for breakfast...

Thank you... just had my first shake (strawberry) and they are not that nice.... they have little bits in them.... I have done LL before and the shakes are much nicer! Hope I can do this....

Sorry for the late reply....

If you are having all Total packs then you dont need to take a multi vitamin, only take one if you mix WC & Total or use just the WC packs.

Yes you can have tea, you are allowed 200ml of milk a day but to be honest i just have it in my tea when I require it.
