hi beccaa, welcome to the forum and congrats on taking the fist step to a lighter you cheers

if you are making the shakes do make sure you use an electric whisk. i didnt the first time i tried the shakes and the lumps almost put me off forever! but when they're mixed properly they really are good Very Happy

good luck and remember that once you're over the 3/4 day hump and ketosis kicks in you'll feel great!

New to Plan Empty Re: New to Plan

Hi Beccaa - Welcome aboard, there's lots of info on the website, the pixies are really helpful if you get stuck or you can always post here, someone is generally around to help on the same day.
If you are using the Total products and wishing to lose weight we generally use water, around 250ml of water. If wishing to maintain you can use skimmed or soya milk, but I always use water as less calories.

First couple of days are hard so be prepared but they are so worth it, take each day at a time, keep a diary and always walk away & count to 20 if you think you are going to eat something - hopefully you can talk some sense into yourself and forget what was threatening to break your diet.

Keep in touch and look forward to your first and weight loss. Get a tracker to show us all how well you are doing.

All the best
Very Happy
