Hi TD,

Think you only meant to have 1 bar a day, as so finely tuned.
ask the pixies for more accurate advice. But I would stick to the regime. Have you tried the shakes in both WC and Total, as they are different to taste?

Would the diet not work if more than one bar was used in the diet a day?

I only like the banana shake and they get boring.
