Hi Catey, I would say as long as you don't eat too much, and it's not accompanied by chips and a couple of burgers (!) you should be fine. I have sometimes eaten some lean ham or chicken when I had the real munchies, with no problem. If it was more than a few nibbles, I would miss out a pack to make up for it. Good luck! Julie X

Just looking for a bit of advice

I've been invited to multiple BBQ's in the next month, and I am currently doing to total meal replacement programme.

If I was to eat plain chicken at the BBQ's, would this take me out of Ketosis? I am hoping to resist all together, but I feel like a hermit at the mo, declining invitations out left right and centre Sad

Advice would be greatly received
