WC & Total products..HELP please :)

Hello all,

I have placed a huge order to cover 5 weeks of Kee ( I have been using my leftover LL packs for this week), I am tad confused over how many products a day to have as I have ordered WC & Total products to get some variety...

My theory is.... to aim for around 600-700 cals.... I was following FMRP but I am now on Etiquette 1 I think.

Total - 3 packs (inc one bar) a day plus a 200 cal white/green meal.

WC - 3/4 packs (inc one bar) plus a 200 cal white/green meal.

Is this correct? confused

If not please advise me as I dont want to get it wrong...
