tired each of the bars and within an hours i am really ill. i have since cut out the bars completely and i feel fine. I dont have any intolerances that i know of and had each of the different flavoured bars all with the same outcome.

I agree, you don't HAVE to have a bar as far as I know, but if you do you shouldn't have more than one (although I have been tempted at times, they are so yummy!) I agree it might be a good idea to have two other products instead, so your calories don't go too low as the bars have more than the others.
Do you know what it is in the bars that is causing the problem? Do you have intolerances or something?
Good luck

Had a quick look through the booklet that comes with it and I can't find any reference to say you should not have the bars until after the second week? Thank goodness they keep me going. Very Happy

Hiya,
Can't swear by this as new to this plan but with LL,Lipotrim,Cambridge etc etc, they recommend that you don't have the bars for the first 2 weeks anyway as they have higher cals/carbs than soups & shakes. They will tell you to have 3 or 4 sachets depending on what plan you are on so I would think that this is also true for this plan too.(I hope it is as I don't have a bar every day, sometimes 4 shakes!)Good luck getting back on it.
Sue.

Hi, I don't think you have to have a bar but as most of the bars have nearly 200cals in them, maybe you should have an extra pack of something. The packets seem to have about a 100cals in them. Try this until you get advice from the pixies. Have you tried e-mailing Admin they always get back to you really quickly? scratch Hope this helps. I love the bars. I would eat them for every meal if I could. Lol Laughing

i have been off the diet a few weeks now due to being ill and starting again tomorrow, my normal day will be

my question is do i HAVE to have a bar? i want to replace my day like this
breakfast-shake

i have found it is the bars that is making me ill so want to cut them out completely.
