Yes you can have sugar free jelly, but not sure which brand,as rightly, they musn't contain citric acid. Others and admin can advise you better, as not being a jelly person, havne't had them but ead others comments on this loads of times-got a feeling a subject line on this way down the page, but you may have to hunt for it. Yes you can have sf jelly but make sure you are in ketosis first, so it is better to have it from the 2nd week onwards

Hi ive seen some posts on here saying people have sugar fee jelly roundtrees im doing the total plan 4 shakes a day or 3 plus 1 bar . The jelly would be a life saver tho but i may be on the wrong track please help xxx :D
