Good, you enjoy it hon! My only concern with balsamic was the salt content so I only had a little - but it made all the difference at times!

Hi Jo, I have always done that - just a small amount - and it has been fine. I've also recently bought a fat free caesar dressing and have a tablespoon now and then, when 'naked' salad gets just a little too boring!

Hi, just wondering if it's OK to have a drop of balsamic vinegar on my salad to make it more interesting?
I've been putting a tiny drop of sesame oil on my salad as part of my nut/seed healthy fats allowance but I'd like a change and I love balsamic vinegar and a bit of black pepper.
