Uh oh! But don't panic, the deliveries are usually pretty quick.
I think this diet takes quite a bit of organisation, but you will get the handg of it I'm sure (I order a month's supply at a time, well two at the moment as my hubbie is doing the diet too!)
Avoid carbs and go for protein. My suggestions would be eggs (boiled, scrambled or made into plain omelettes), lean meat (ham, beef, chicken), unsalted tuna, prawns and don't forget your daily salad/veg (from the list on the site or in the book) - that will make it all go a lot further!
I think the powder packs (weight control) are about 100 cals each so you should aim for that amount (from the label, or there are online sites where you can check nutrition), bars I think are more like 160-200 cals so again measure accordingly.

Interuption of plan
Hi,
I started last Saturday using the Sample Box and following the steps that came with it. Its now Thursday and i've lost just over 8lbs. My problem is I dont think I placed my order for next lot of meals early enough in the week and dont think they will arrive before I run out tomorrow. I place my order on Wed morning. Can anyone suggest any food which I can eat until my new supply gets delivered?
