ere we go again, day one, of the fifth time i've tried to stick to the the plan, i am soooooo gonna try harder this time and thanks katy for telling me how you manage day to day, you have inspired me yet again fingers crossed this time

As Julie says keep up the water intake, it will help loads

Good luck then, let us know how you get on. Remember to drink LOADS of water throughout the day (the 2.5l they recommend is a minimum!)
This helps the early side-effects and also helps the weightloss as it keeps the kidneys functioning and frees the liver up to burn the fat (so I am told!)
Stick in there and think of that dress!!
