Hi Sue, hope you're successfully through today. It's been a long time since I've had a sober new year!! I'm finding the shakes & bars a little bit sweet but okay. Guess it's not really about the taste, I like not having to make any real choices. Let me know how you get on over new year & hope the first weeks weigh in is a success! Hils x

Starting tomorrow Empty Re Starting Tomorrow

Post by sue wilkes Fri Jan 01, 2010 3:10 am

Hi there,

I too am an ex lighter Lifer and have been struggling with my weight since i came off food packs. I originally lost 3 stone on LL but have managed to put two back on. I have been doing the kee diet since Sunday, im not keen on the shakes although the bars and the mousses are ok. I struggle after being on food packs for so long so im doing packs and low carb to try to keep me on the straight and narrow. Hopefully a loss will spur me on, im going to keep it up no matter how many times i slip. I find the water keeps me full although its hard to drink it when the weather is so cold. Good luck with your journey, keep focused. Love Sue

Good luck with the plan, as long as you stick to it (famous last words for me)100% then you will lose.

Interestingly, I haven't put much at all back on since I went on holiday at the end of October and I have definitely not been following the plan or even dieting - what I have noticed however and so has a close colleague at work, is that I have stopped snacking during the day. Something that I did a lot with the many cups of tea that appear during the working day. The plan has definitely educated me.

The odd thing as well is that I know that I haven't eaten so much rubbish or drunk as much this christmas so it is definitely a change of life style thing!!

To be honest, hating the way I feel at the moment so need to make the change now. Am really hoping this is the answer for me, look forward to sharing your journies with you
