okay, feel like c**p still...

Hi I had a headache and felt hungry and tired on day 3 and remember this from the first time and is quite normal. But was told when on CD if continue feeling rough after 48 hours, either not following properly ie may need more water or should go and see a medical person for a check up, blood pressure etc. Better to be safe.

May just need to increase your calories or something and move up to a higher plan The Kee Lite plan looks very similar to the CD one with food. Maybe that would suit you better

Ah Hun sorry you are having a bad time

Are you drinking enough water? Do you feel constipated? I think there are fibre suppliments you can take, that might help alleviate the bloating and sick feeling?

This sounds like advice needed from the pixies, as I would have thought you're the exception rather than the rule with this one. Email them directly, and see what they suggest. Good luck.

..got a constant headache, horrid breathe, bloated stomach (I actually look 5 months pregnant, someone even asked me!) and to top it off have now also got a constant sick feeling. When I did Cambridge I got the headaches and horrid breathe, but that only seemed to last a few days before I began to feel 'normal' again. I am not hungry, although am missing the physical feeling of eating and the social time with my family. But 10 days on, 5 pounds down in week one, and so far none this week it can't be right. Am sticking to it, and plan to continue to do so.

Just wondered what other people are feeling?
