Yes, this is quite normal, after such an amazing weight loss in your first week, your body is wondering what is happening. The worst thing to do is get disheartened and cave into to food and fall off the plan.

The best thing to do is keep your head down, keep to the rules and do exact the same thing you did in the first week. All will correct itself and as your body relaxes the weight will continue to fall off. Weight Loss is expected to be around 3-4lb for most persons and a little more for others.

Well I've stuck to the plan religiously and when I weighed in on Monday I was amazed to find the grand total of 1lb had been lost! Shocked
However having read other people's posts this seems to be the norm around weeks 2 or 3 so not feeling too disheartened, and after a 10lb weight loss on week one I can't complain!
So much easier to stick to the plan now I'm on week 3, here's to a better weight loss this week!! Very Happy
