Looking Fantastic
You look fantastic Joy, keep up the good work, everything looks in pro-portion. Exactly the same happened to me dropped from a 38D to a 36B. Just enough though
Re: Week 8 :-)
Thank you! Am already writing an action plan for over xmas! Hopefully that will make it easier for me and those around me.
That's the only down side of losing so much - the boobs are going! Lol. Still at least it's a good excuse for lots of new underwear!! ;-) x

Wow ! VLCD Girl done well :)
Hi Joy, Wow za !! How good are you, where have those boobies gone You look transformed and your fashion size has dropped significantly, no wonder you feel so great, its coz you look fab.
Good idea to filter off a little over Christmas, make some rules for yourself, remember Christmas is for 2 days really not 2 weeks
Its a habit of dieters to lose control over Christmas, by setting yourself some boundaries, agreed treats and definite No No's you will stay on track, ready for a New Slim Year for 2014
Well done

Before and after (but not yet complete!)
Thought I'd update my profile pic today as I'm so happy with the changes I've made. Gone from size 18/20 to a size 14 since August. Still going strong with the hope that I can shed at least another stone before Xmas! Then I plan to relax a little over Xmas (but still be good) and then the final push in January!
Good luck to everyone - hope you're all staying strong and seeing great results!
Joy xx

Week 15 - 3st Lost! :-)
Hi Everyone,
Haven't been on here for a while, had a very hectic few weeks. Had some little hiccups but have still managed to lose a bit each week and have finally got to a 3st loss. Not bad for 15 weeks.
Onwards and downwards (weight-wise!). Have got hubby on the diet for a few weeks as he wants to lose a stone or two so its great for some extra support.
Hope everyone's doing ok in the run up to xmas.
Joy :-) x

VLCD Regular Weight Loss
Hi Joy, its funny that this happens to many clients and 3lb is around the expected weight loss to expect, so you are bang on target. Lucky men tend to drop a little more but this should continue right the way through your weight loss phase an starts to slow down a little as you approach your BMI 25 as this is the top range for your healthy weight.
Christmas is just around the corner, that is an alarming thought..... but just imagine the Cracker you're gonna be all dressed up
Doing so well, you should be really proud

Think I'm getting the hang of this now! LOL
3lb seems to be my norm a week which I'm really pleased with.
My target for getting into my new dress for Xmas is looking quite possible now!
Happy Friday everyone! Xxx

Re: Week 8 :-)
Hi Joy,
I have just had a look through this thread and I can see you have had a blip this week. The only thing I can think of is that your body is still adjusting to a new plan. It can take a little while for the body to understand its new role and new way of working so please don't expect too much of yourself as its still early days. Your body is adjusting :-)
Its great that it seems to have stabilized this week and given you the result that you have needed. It can be disheartening when the scales done reflect the hard wok but as I say, it can just be the body having a 'moment; lol
also without giving too much information, the body can adjust to accommodate its situations such as menstrual cycle etc, so this is worth considering in your month if you have a funny week yet follow the plan - the body can hold onto things during TOM and it can affect.
Now that the loss has occurred for this week, hopefully it will regulate and you will be able to work out what is normal for you on the loss front.
If we can be of help just give us a shout and we will do our best to advise a little more if you require it.

Not such a happy Friday!
Week 3 weight loss - 0lb!!!!!
Feeling really down this morning. Not 1oz! I haven't done anything different this week and not sure why I haven't lost anything at all!!
I have my shake for brekky, a soup at lunch and then a vlcd packet meal with veg in the evening. I have half a bar mid morning and half mid afternoon. Am drinking no less than 3 litres a day and usually more like 4ltrs. I have 2 cups of tea and one coffee each day with my milk allowance (with 2 tablet sweeteners). Plus either my nuts or a tbsp nut oil 3 times a week.
Any ideas why it's come to a grinding halt this week?
Thanks
Joy xx
