Leanne and I are both completing week 1 today/tomorrow if you want to join us on the other thread called 'my journey x' (just below this one in the list) - it would be good to do the journey together. Well done on your first 11 lbs, ONE STONE here we come!!
I am having 50 cals of salad from the list, plus 3 packs, one bar, 200ml skimmed milk, vitamins, loads of water and one 0% greek yoghurt which I'm sure I saw somewhere on the site but can't find now! (I am quite tall and quite active so I see this as instead of an extra pack and it helps me have a 'normal' lunch at work - salad, yoghurt and a bar). Keep it up, hope to see you on the other thread.

I'm not an expert or anything but you are probably better having a piece of lean chicken than salad because it's protein rather than carbs. I get the need for something crunchy and I turn the soup into like a corn chip thing but mixing with two tablespoons of water and then spreading really thin on baking sheet. You have to watch it really carefully but it takes under a minute and once it starts to go just slightly brown take it out and it will go crunchy really quick.

wk 1 lllb lost
well just finished my first week 11lb lost and i feel ok not lying still got cravings but not actually hungry. Drinking plenty of water now focusing on next week to get to the first stone hurdle. I too was wondering if a little green salad on lunchtime would make it a bit more adventrous anyone tried this or even couple of mugs of green veg. I am presently on 3 shakes 1 bar and about 3 litres of water. Any help would be appreciated,
