3rd week gone another 5lb lost yahoo

im only 5 foot 4 so therefore this is just the first part of my journey losing 4 stone then maybe getting medication for olistrat ideally would love to be 10 stone 7lb but i would be quite happy at 12stone 71b then eat sensibly and not have such a het up and take my time losing the further 2 stone so ideally another 91b im through half my journey the 2 stone mark my mind is so focused and I go around in a positive way which certainly helps youi along the day

Well done you! Thats brilliant! I am at 218lbs and lost 22lbs the first 3 weeks, we are quite similar!!

I can't wait for next week, I only need to lose 3lbs to get a BMI of 29.9 which takes me from 'obese' to 'overweight', ha ha i'm so desperate to be in the 'overweight' category!! Obviously i'd like to lose 6lbs to take me to my 2 stone mark but 3lbs would be great too.

How tall are you? I'm 5ft 11, really feeling the difference now, threw out loads of my old 'fat' clothes that I will never be wearing again, felt so good!

well 3 wks today I started the diet total lost so far 19lb so glad im starting to feel it now but what I am doing is instead of focusing on 4 stone overall loss im now focusing on the half way stage 2 stone so what I am thinking consciously is another 9lb then ive cracked the half way mark. I am totally focused finding it hard sometimes to have the 4 shakes or 3 shakes and the bar so what I am doing now when I get up in the morning is have a vanilla with spoon of coffee in like a latte and then mix half a chocolate shake and make myself a cookie to eat with it !!!!
