Today was my weigh in day and is the first time to use my diet tracker. OMG!! tis all I can say, I have stuck to the program religiously, some days were tougher than others, but to me it has proved just how much it does work!
Was slightly concerned that I wouldn't lose that much as it is my TOTM at the moment, so am even more excited with the results!!
Have just ordered some choc and vanilla shakes as the strawberry and banana are so delicious I thought the others must be too!

Ooh... tried something new also!.. for those people that don't like the soups but don't want to waste them, I have been making soup crisps for the packets and taking them to work with me to snack on them during the day!

I found lots of different recipes that can be done with the packs. They seem to be aimed at LL but I have tried and they seem to work with these packets also!

Mix a soup pack into a smooth paste, spread on a plate or greaseproof paper and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 mins.when it starts to bubble open up and let it settle for a sec. keep opening and letting it settle until (the poppadom) starts to turn golden (don't take your eyes off it) - when it is golden brown take it out and let it cool, then peel it off and enjoy
Be careful of overcooking, as this will make them taste slightly bitter.

Crisps
Recipe as for poppadoms above but make them into tiny bite size pieces. If you wish you can shake some salt over them before they are cooked.

Day 3 and still sticking to it religiously! Was very almost tempted to have a small slither of sausage off my husbands plate this evening at dinner time but managed to resist! Today is definately the toughest so far!

I'm on day 2 and have stuck to the plan religiously. Even the delicious smell of baked potatoes at work today wasn't enough to make me give in! Looking forward to getting over day 4 and knowing i'll be in ketosis!

Hi Amy,

well done you! keep it up I am feeling good and a little lighter already day 4 for me, I am sticking to EQ1 as I am having a salad from the ok to eat list at around 6ish as this is when I feel the most hungry, my new order came today and the strawberry shake is yummy. I am feeling good in myself, felt a little wobbly yesterday morning for the first time but it passed and I put it down to my body adjusting and getting up extra early for shift. Very Happy

The shakes are yummy and I had a soup for dinner and really liked that too!

Day one is over and I haven't given in at all!

I have just taken the plunge and ordered my supplies of kee goodies!! Little nervous as I am hoping they won't taste awful but quite excited to see if it really works!! Maybe we can share our weightloss journey together.

Hey Amy, im relatively new to the whole thing my self only officially started yesturday. Use the forums as they keep you focussed and you can read about those who have lost weight which will keep you going.

Im not keen on the soups really wish i like them waiting for my weight control products as i heard they tatse nicer.

Hello everyone!

Thought I would come and introduce myself as I am a newbie and am waiting on my arrival of kee goodies!

I haven't done anything like this before (shakes I mean, not dieting Neutral ) but have friends and family that have been and are currently on mdiets such as this one.
I have to say that the pricing on this one is what attracted me.

Does anyone have any hints or tips for a complete newbie like myself?

I am looking forward to making some new friends on here and sharing in your weight loss journeys too!
