possible newbie

Hi its only my first week so cant tell you yet what the weight loss is like for me, but looking at the forum it seems to be a big loss in the first week, settling down to an average of 3 - 4 lb per week after. Obviously its different for each person. I think you can loose 1stone in 1 month. hope this helps.

i am thinking of changing over to this plan, i am currently on W8 diet plan which is similar to this. The main difference seems to be the amount of protein your allowed. Do you still get good weight loss a week.
