Hi Rosie,

Good luck with your journey. Im sure you will soon get back into the swing of things with being
familiar with vlcds.

I think most of these diets work the same way so as long as you stick to the rules then you will
have good weight losses.

The forum is very good for keeping motivated and sharing others journeys, i find it helps to post
on here then you dont feel like your the only one doing this.

Hi all

My name is Rosie and I'm a newbie here.
I'm new to this diet, but not VLCD's. I did Cambridge a few years ago and list 4.5 stone.
For a variet of reasons, I slipped back into bad habits and put some back on again.
I want to loose 2.5 stone by the end of July.
My current weight is 11st 8lbs. For my height of 5'4, 9 stone will bring me to the perfect BMI.

I've decided to do the new you programme, having 2 products a day.

So, off I go (again)
