Congratulations on deciding to start. This diet has literally changed my life. At 20 i had reached 17stone and would have just kept on getting bigger. i'd tried every diet and done as many do, lost a bit, then put it all back on again.
I'm now 23, and 13 stone and it's all thanks to Kee. my bmi has dropped 8 points and i feel so much better. I no longer have to buy clothes purely because i can do them up, my feet have even gone down almost a size and my ring size has dropped from squeesing into a large, to a happy medium. This diet takes commitment, but it's worth it. I have pcos so put on weight really easily, but having done kee i know that dosent mean i have to spend the rest of my life unhappy and unhealthy.
(sorry abut my rambelling, i just really do believe in kee)
Best of luck! do you have much to loose?
