Hope you are still on the plan and doing well, if you need the extra product take it and use it wisely. The small amount of calories and carbs is so much better than snacking on conventional foods which will undoubtadly pull you off, if not this week then maybe next week or the week after. Snacking and picking really doesnt work on a VLCD it's all or nothing. Although with Kee you can use the optional extra's and these are allowed. You can add them to soups to make bigger and tastier, have as a green salad or just when you need. Maybe at the weekend as a treat for being good.

If you have some WC Products these are always great extra product as lower in calories, lower in carbs and higher in protein. I often have these as a snack when not dieting but stalking the cupboards for something, what I don't always know, and now as I have been a Naughty Pixie I am trying to lose 14lb myself as from today will use them if I feel tempted as well.

Space out your water and as I am a bit of a stickler for routine and setting myself rules, I use a rule that I am not allowed the next product until my 750ml bottle of water is empty. Its the only way I can drink the water required.

Re the porridge, sure am member posted about OatCakes, worth a try, or use the swap section on the bottom of the home page to sell or swap for other things.

Thanks!

Had the Coffee shake for lunch and actually that was quite nice. The porridge however is another matter! Thought it would be like the LL porridge but I was sadly mistaken and have 4 boxes of it!!!!!!!

Any suggestions on how I make it taste like something decent rather than wall paper paste?

Managed 1.5l water so another 750ml to go

Good luck everyone!

First few days are the hardest and had a turbulent weekend, so effectively back as if a day 1 today, weigh in next Monday should cheer me up.

Keep with it everyone, LL is too expensive, and we really are a nice bunch on here. I find the forum a lifesaver, just to come and read posts helps enormously! Very Happy

I had my packs delivered today so starting tomorrow!

Any tips gratefully received.

Lost 3.5 stone with LL but couldn't justify the cost. This plan is less than half the price.

Not looking forward to detox for the next few days then should be okay!

Good luck to everyone on the plan. sunny
