Newbie on Day 5 Empty Re: Newbie on Day 5

Hi CamGI

That's wonderful news!

If you want a tip to keep the motivation up and see it visually in more ways than your clothes feeling looser... then try and get a jar filled with pebbles - the little coloured glass ones are great. Make sure you have enough pebbles that represent the amount of weight you want to use.. 1 pebble for every pound.

Get yourself another jar of the same size and leave it empty.

If you want to you can label up your jars as 'what I am' and 'what ive lost'

Each time you lose weight take one pebble from the fuller jar and add it to the emptier jar- the more weight you lose, the fuller the other jar will be!

Some times this is a nice way to 'see' the weight and what it can represent!

Anyway, really great news to hear the weekly result!

keep us posted!

Hi CamGi98

Welcome to Kee! You will find loads of people on here who are lovely and friendly and of course, who are all on the same road! Don't worry that you have a fair bit to lose...that's the beauty of the plans -you can pretty much find that they suit across a wide range of people and you will find that most users have quite a bit to lose rather than a few pounds!

If you have any questions or concerns etc you can post on the forum and one of our friendly keebees will be happy to chat with you and we in admin always check in with you guys through the day. If you don't want to declare a question or concern on the forum for all to see then by all means do private message us at admin and we will get back to you as soon as poss.

Good luck, glad to hear that you are doing well!

Keep us posted!

Newbie on Day 5 Empty Hello and Welcome to the Keebee gang!

Post by JoyP Tue Aug 20, 2013 7:40 am

Hi,

Nice to hear from another Newbie! Glad to hear you're doing ok.

I'm on week 3 and have lost 13lb already on the easiest diet I've ever attempted. I'm looking to lose around 5stone or so, so am in for the long haul too! I agree it's much easier to have a goal of a stone or two, makes it easier to deal with than looking at how much further to end goal it is.

Am always happy to chat if you want some support or just a general chit chat!

Good luck and keep us updated with your progress. :-)

I have the porridge for breakfast (both are lovely) a smoothie for lunch and a spag bowl/chilli with veg for tea and my bar with a cuppa at night. Bought one of the omelettes as a sample and will defo be buying more..they are great!

I have 7stone to lose Mad  But will be looking in chunks of 2 stone (makes it easier to swallow)
