We thought you might like to have a giggle at this list of weighloss tips that we found...we are pleased to say that we wont be following any but hope to laugh off a few pounds in the process!

Instead of carrying your laptop around - start carrying your desktop PC.

Attach Full-Length Mirror to your Refrigerator Door.

Hang your bikini on the refrigerator.... definitely don't do that if you are a guy.

Remove wheels from your grocery cart.

When weighing yourself on the scale - try to defy gravity.

Use Superglue As Lip Gloss

Only eat food that you can catch & kill with a toothpick

Don't burn off fat with a candle.... a blow torch will work quicker.

Like the silent tree falling in the forest.... food actually has no calories if no one sees you eating it

Cut back on your food intake if you weigh more than your refrigerator.

50 Lb. Cellphones

Do 600 Tweets per hour. Move over 6 pack abs.... 6 pack fingers is the new rage

Unfollow some calories

If you can't pronounce the ingredients.... you probably shouldn't eat it.

I am close to say I am in Heaven:)After i started to drink more water i lost more weight.I am nearly 10st and half.I feel so good and I am so happy.I tried the new products from Nutrisaveur.They are amazing.Even my husband like them.The sauce is so yummy.I hope till May I will be 10st if not less.Thanks for all your support.

MOTIVATIONAL WEIGHT LOSS STORY
My name is David Outrata, (known as dim/dimmy to his mates) in January 2011, shortly after my 17th birthday i got inspired to lose weight, become happier and live a healthier lifestyle.
As of the 23rd March 2012, i have lost 60kg (132 pounds) but have gained so much throughout my journey.

Hi KeeBees, I loved yesterdays poem, but please don't stuff your face this weekend waiting for Monday to arrive. Start now, start today. The more you eat, the longer you need to follow a diet plan. It's not rocket science Smile

To me this reminds me that no matter how long the journey is, 4 weeks, 4 stone or 12 Weeks for those that followed the Be Lighter Be Brighter a successful weight loss programme its about setting yourself realistic goals.

Its just like when you start a diet plan, for example, following the Rapid Burn Plan, where you will be required to remove all daily meals. Your first goal is generally to survive the first day and your determination is strong, you go to bed happy. Possibly your next goal is getting to Day 4 for the onset of Ketosis. You feel great, you feel motivated and you feel you have achieved your goal. Most then generally focus on completing the first month. But be different, we think it is important to mix things up on this type of diet, choose small goals, focus on something else other than going without food, make this the normal process and instead possibly concentrate on something else, increasing your water level by 500ml a day in week two or taking a 20 min faster walk than a stroll.

Choose a day within the second or third week to reach without wandering from your plan, choose any day, it doesnt have to be weigh day and it doesnt have to be about weight loss, make this your goal to congratulate yourself again and keep the motivation going. Mark in on your calendar and reward yourself with a planned celebration. A lovely scented bath with candles, or get your car cleaned professionally, whilst your watch the match, spend special time with those you love and doing something a little different, go for a lovely walk.

Then choose another goal date, keep them light hearted, keep them focused on good healthy habits and creating a new you. This could be keeping your finger nails in tip top condition, visiting the barber for a professional shave. Getting off the bus a stop earlier and walking. Set your phone with alarms throughout the third week. The third week can be tough on a diet. Water often drops, boredom can set it and you can forget how important your journey is to you. Set up messages on your phone that will keep you on track and keep you focused, set alarms so you are reminded to keep going, make them positive comments and definately not negative to ensure you keep motivated and in the right direction.

Write down and keep a list of all your goals, each and every one, remember to recognise your goals and enjoy the feeling of success and the planned reward. Keep a note of how it felt to complete your goal, what motivated you, what situations almost pulled you off and how you got throught those difficult moments and how you carried on. Before you know it you will have reached your first month and hopefully your first stone weight loss.

Then plan your next phase and your next goals, there are so many. Make your weight loss journey a pleasure not a chore. Losing weight is generally 95% attitude, enjoy the journey and the time will pass quickly - you'll reach your target and have transformed yourself in the process Smile

thanks for the nice quotes.It is true better to take small steps.Thanks for all the support guys.This diet made me change my lifestyle and i learn again how to eat healthy and keep fit.My biggest challenge will be in may when I will have my holiday.I picked a walking holiday and I hope i will be able to eat healthy and stay away from all the bad food.I will take some kee products to make sure i will not start to eat any deserts there:)

With our motivational quotes throughout Lent it is all about getting involved, in 2012 we run the same post and clients jumped in, gave their view of our quote for the day and if it meant something to them. How it affected their day or made them think.

So please post any comments you have, lets open a discussion every day on the quote of the day. Lets get to know each other Smile

I'm starting it off, I didnt post todays quote and i'm just catching up while the message line is quiet Smile To me "You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be' quote really made me think that we are often our own worse enemy, we often focus on any negative points so much that we forget our good points. We critize ourselves, our body, our career, motherhood, dress sense, the list goes on. We generally know our shortcomings and to me this quote really meant that we must own up to them, before we can work on them to improve our state of happiness and life in general. It sounds easy but if we can imagine the person we want to be and make daily promises to be more like that person, the daily habits or rituals that we start will ensure we slowly turn any negatives into a postive and become a better person, who attracts good things and happiness. For dieting - This can be the person who is strong, who doesnt give up, who tries harder, who reaches their goals. Or a better friend, that is more understanding, who listens more, who doesnt judge and doesnt have to have the last word but instead remembers to pick up the phone and talk in a day of texting and social media !

Thats great news, so glad you are enjoying our products. We often told that our clients really don't feel like they are even on a diet because there is so much choice and if ever you do feel hungry you can grab one of our high protein slimmers products that are usually under a 100kcal but so low in carbs they dont even affect Ketosis. I already do the diet and i am really happy.I lost 1 stone and half,i am finally under 11 stones.i hope i will lose more and be 9 stones.Still a long way i know,but i never been so happy while i was doing a diet like i am now with kee diet.Thanks for all the yummy products and your support.Its nice to have someone there with who you can share it and keep you focused.

Hi KeeBee's
LENT started this week, Ash Wednesday 13th February until Easter, but to some it can get a little confusing as its mid week & doesn't include Sundays etc etc. So here at Kee we normally start from the Monday (18th) and follow LENT for a six whole weeks. We will finish at Easter with a free £50.00 Hamper of KeeDiet products, anyone that posts under this Easter Sticky on the forum is automatically entered and have the chance of winning the Goody Hamper:)

Hopefully you will join us here on our Forum and enjoy our dieting motivation quotes, thoughts, tips and ideas and share your thoughts, just post here if wanting to join in. If you want to start a diet and you missed the New Year start how about joining the 40 Day Lent Weight Loss Challenge on the forum and either give up food altogether or give up treating yourself with high sugar snacks.

Whose up for it ??
