Hi Steph,

Glad all ok, just missed you. I am sure you are the same as me, cant always get on here. When I do it is addictive when I cant I get withdrawal symptoms.

You must really be looking forward tot he weekend and I wish you loads of fun. Then a wedding in 2 weeks great to have these things to look forward to and you will feel so much better with the weight you have lost.

Have a fab time if we dont catch you before.

Hi Steph, I am pleased with my loss this week, 3lb so a total of 12 in two weeks.

I will be happy with 2-4 pounds a week, next week i might get into the next stone
which will be a real boost just reading the numbers on the scales sounds so much
better.

have a good week and catch up with you later

Oh that chocolate sounds like a plan. must try that.

Lucy try and have an easy day, it is so hard, but enjoy those moments you will look back and treasure them. The sleepless nights dont go away totally as Admin has said it is a different type of sleepless night when your kids arent home yet, or are out in their cars, it is very worrying. Your babies are safe at home.

Take it easy, you will be ok. I hope your 3 year old is ok, poor little thing, with some mummy and daddy love I am sure she will eb fine.

Steph's Journey Empty Poor Lucy

Post by Admin Fri Mar 02, 2012 7:30 pm

Those days are long gone for me, thankfully no I have the otherside of being woken up in the early hours when they come home or worrying all night if their out with my mobile under the pillow.... Don't think you can win.

At least whilst a sleep not eating, there is always a positive to everything if you look hard enough...LOL

Thanks admin

The 'keesnap chocolate' sounds a wonderful idea think i'll try that. will feel like i'm having something naughty then.

its typical though that just as my 10 week old starts to learn to go through the night-last night another
clear run through, my 3 yr old daughter has other ideas... shes only gone and got another cold
so i was up and down with her all night, rubbing vicks on her and wiping nose.
Am totally wrecked today, thankfully my hubby has a day off work so won't have to manage on my own,
may even get to go back to bed, ahh the luxury!!

Well done TOM is a really tough time of the month, make something extra special with the products, some clients say they make the chocolate shake up into a paste, spread quite thin and put on brown paper, cover with cling film and put in the freezer to make "KeeSnap Chocolate". the paste freezes and make thin pieces of chocolate which melt in your mouth. Poss worth a go. LOL

Or make a snack box up with all your free veg/salad, you could even make a little mint dressing from herbs and 0% yoghurt from your milk allowance.

New Ideas sometimes really help at this time.

oow and for sleeping try a gentle cup of cammoile tea, can really help and all herb teas are allowed.

Good Luck for tomorrow

Sorry you did not have a great evening but good on you own keebee to keep you going.

How do you find it doing the diet together? I am sure for some it would be great and for others difficult.

Last time my mum and sister did the LL plan at a similar time to me so it was great to see us all changing our lives but I know it could get hard sometimes too.

What did he thin about the coke zero respnse? I was surprise but will still stay off it as I know potatoes and "diet" cokes just do not agree with me.

11lbs better off though. that is a lot of weight.

losing weight can be quite hard when it comes of in 1/2lbs and 1lbs but putting weight on can find you pretty quick. so if you have lost all you have put on that is brilliant.

Steph's Journey Empty Dieting Motivational

Post by Admin Mon Feb 27, 2012 7:42 pm

Hi Steph, what a great way to keep you motivated. Keep trying them on and it will be great to realise you are shrinking in to them.

Lots of clients really notice their silouette changed on a VLCD as with a Ketosis plan your ody is using stored fat and as toxins are captured between their layers, you lose both, toxins are really what you loose on a body wrap really.

All the best
