I do Salsa on Tuesdays and that seems to work out ok but I suppose just take it easy if you've not done VLCD before and see how you feel.

Hi Sophie there is a page on the website dedicated to exercise its under Health Matters. I dont think you are supposed to do any exercise as such, especially in the first two weeks, then you can do light exercise on a VLCD, more toning that fat burning if that makes sense. Thats what we were told when I did the cambs diet. The calories are so small on VLCD that you mustnt burn too many doing exercise otherwise you do feel unwell, over hungry, tired and light headed.

I don't know if anyone's done this diet before but I was wondering what kind of exercise..if any? Is suitable to do on so few calories?

I love running but right now I'm not sure if that might just make me light headed etc?

Any ideas peeps? xxx
