Hi Tanypoo, so funny what pushes us to start but you're hearing and 3 days is brill. Which plan are you doing. Im VLCD it works for me and takes the thought out of dieting. Just have to not pick which is my hazard.

... for me to start this diet ! I vowed to start this 18 months ago and bought all the meal packs , then i proceeded to make excuses for the last year and a half . however stinginess has managed to achieve what my will power cold not manage
the packs were due to go out of date and i cant abide waste .
started them 3 days ago
new year new me (and no wasted food) fingers crossed
